Counselling with Kathryn Warren MBACP (Accred) - in person and online
I have been supporting individuals in my psychotherapy and counselling practice since 2004, as well as working as a specialist mentor with neurodiverse and differently abled students and staff at the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University. I work with a wide range of issues from anxiety and depression to relationship problems and family difficulties, grief and loss.
Having been diagnosed with ADHD in my 40s, I have a particular interest in working with recently diagnosed neurodivergent clients to explore how your diagnosis might have led you to reexamine events in your life, and to support you on this journey.
I can offer you a soft, patient and safe space to take the time you need to reflect on your experience and decide what you want for yourself going forward. If you already know what you want, I can support you in working towards your goals.
If you’d like to have a 15 minute Zoom call with me to see if we might be a good fit for each other, go ahead and get in touch.
