Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapeutic Counsellor: Mark Denson

As we explore your story we will begin to understand the nature of any difficulties you are facing. I use creative approaches such as myth, poetry, art, imagery and dream work to connect with a sense of depth. This invites a poetic sensitivity into the weaving narrative, allowing you to shift perspective and see your story in a new light. I will listen deeply to your story, understanding how it has shaped you. We will gain insights into how your journey has influenced the challenges you face. The space is judgment-free and nurturing, as well as gently challenging.

I am a fully qualified Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. My extensive training at Re-vision uses a Soulful approach through which to integrate concepts from Jungian, Gestalt, relational, psychodynamic, neuroscience, body psychotherapy and family systems theory as well as developmental and archetypal psychology.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BAPC). I attend regular supervision to ensure my practice retains it’s integrity and continues to grow.

I have a practice in both Brighton and Hove, working with a range of people from a variety of different backgrounds.
