Emma Goldman-Sherman is a Neuro-Affirming, IFS and Trauma-Informed Coach who specializes in helping all kinds of people learn to trust themselves. Emma offers tools for self-regulation including IFS/parts work to befriend our parts and become more responsive and less reactive, more self-aware and Self-led. In addition to their personal experience with multiple autoimmune diseases (all in remission) and anxiety, cptsd and depression, Emma’s late diagnosis of Autism and ADHD has helped them find more self-compassion and the energy to learn how to help others on our healing journeys. Emma began as a holistic health coach teaching families how to manage gluten and casein free diets in the 2000s. They have certificates from the Internal Family Systems Institute, Columbia University, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and others including from IACT at AANE.org to work with neurodivergent adults of all genders/expressions and their families.
