I provide individual teletherapy to adult ADHDers in California, Wisconsin, and PSYPACT-participating states who are grappling with anxiety, stress, trauma, or burnout as well as those who have neurodivergent partners, children, or other family members. I specialize in therapy for therapists, medical providers, and others with high-stress or high-demand jobs.

With over 20 years of experience as a therapist and clinical educator, my approach is warm, actively collaborative, and leavened by humor and transparency. I am passionate about helping my clients find new ways to make sense of and take action around their experiences so that they can access more joy and self-acceptance, and feel more empowered, energetic, and effective in all parts of their lives.

I use neurodiversity-affirming and culturally responsive principles to inform my application of varied treatment modalities, including CBT, family/group systems, attachment/relational, trauma processing (CPT, PE, and narrative exposure), somatic, compassion-focused, ACT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy. I am committed to providing care that is antiracist, intersectionally feminist, non-ableist, LGBTQ-affirming, and polyamory-friendly.
