Are you a high-performing adult woman (or AFAB) questioning Autism or ADHD? Do you feel different than everyone else, like you’re not “normal?” Do feel socially awkward and experience sensory concerns? You are hardworking and goal-oriented, but often feel overwhelmed to the point of feeling like you are having a meltdown. You strive to put your needs first, but struggle with perfectionism and self-limiting beliefs. It’s exhausting feeling out of control, but the good news is, together, we can help you discover your authentic self, accommodate your own needs, and develop effective coping skills so you can excel in life.

As the leading specialist for adult female Autism & ADHD, I will help you learn how your neurodivergent brain works, and what your true core beliefs are, so you can be you and stop masking to try to “fit in” to society. As an Autistic & ADHD person, I connect with you on a deeper level. Together, we will discover which diagnostic criterion you best fit into.

I provide you with a structured, neurodiversity-affirming space and offer you a variety of simple, cutting-edge tools you can use to learn how to work with your brain instead of working against it. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, & direct. I look forward to joining you on your journey of acceptance, ambition, & authenticity!
