My focus is on supporting highly sensitive people, neurodivergent adults, and those navigating the intersection of chronic physical and mental health challenges. Many of my clients carry deep exhaustion from masking, overextending, or abandoning themselves to fit in. My work centers on creating belonging, restoring self-trust, and honoring sensitivity as a gift – not a problem to solve.
