I know how challenging it can be to navigate life with unanswered questions about yourself. I’ve worked with many people who struggled with symptoms that were given the wrong name and the wrong treatments. It leaves you feeling frustrated and discouraged. I’ve been there myself.

I’m an AuDHD therapist who provides neuro-affirming adult ADHD and Autism assessments based in the most current, up-to-date research. In my assessment process, I dive deep and strive to be a safe person for anyone who walks into my office. My goal is always to help you understand yourself and your experience better, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that by the end of our time together you leave feeling heard and understood, regardless of the assessment findings.
