Through a combination of traditional and alternative medicine practices, I have developed a comprehensive approach to helping individuals achieve their full potential. As a licensed Marriage Family and child therapist, my style is client-centered and collaborative, utilizing experiential techniques and research-backed methods for the best results. In 2011, I founded True Form Coaching and Counseling to provide virtual counseling and life-coaching services to clients across the country. As a practitioner, I am deeply committed to integrating the body, mind, and soul for holistic healing. In my spare time, I enjoy a variety of activities, including ceramics, running, cooking, and yoga. At my core, I see myself as a healer, driven to reduce suffering and help individuals discover their path to healing and fulfillment.
