Sex & Relationship Therapist

Sex is an integral part of our humanity and the quality of our relationships has a profound impact of the rest of our lives. It can feel downright terrifying to think of opening up to a stranger about this stuff but sometimes an informed, warm and objective voice can really help you to grow and move forward in your life.

I believe self-acceptance and understanding lies at the heart of change. Learning about what sex is and what it isn’t changed my life for the better and getting to know myself on a deeper level improved all of the relationships in my life. I love to help other people do the same.

I hold a COSRT accredited Diploma in Clinical Sexology and a Diploma in Counselling Skills. I am also part of the academic marking team at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology. I have lived experience of neurodivergence and I am a ‘third guardian’ aka stepparent.
