My mission is to reduce the mental health disparity amongst the Neurodivergent (ND) community with neuroaffirmative peer support services that value lived experience, inclusive and modern research, and financial accessibility.

Neuroaffirmative support services aim to recognize and celebrate individual differences while offering tailored support attuned to specific needs or challenges. For example, I offer non-clinical Autistic self diagnosis support, PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance or Pervasive Drive for Autonomy) evaluations, and adult sensory profile assessments to support each client’s ND identity. All services are informed by and designed to identify high masking, or “invisible” Autism/ADHD often experienced by marginalized groups.

“Neurodivergent people often face stigma and discrimination that makes it difficult for them to access appropriate support. Traditional therapies often follow a medical model that assumes that individuals with neurological differences need to be ‘fixed’ or ‘normalised’. In contrast, neuroaffirmative therapy takes an approach that recognises that neurodivergent people have their own unique strengths, interests, and challenges. The focus is on understanding each patient’s specific neurodivergent condition and working with them to develop personalized strategies for coping and thriving in their own lives.”
