Neurodivergent Coaching for Brains that are Wired Differently
There is nothing wrong with you! You are not weird or too much. You may struggle with perfectionism, anxiety, depression, boundaries, relationships, feeling like you’re not enough or that you don’t fit in, and you may struggle with food or other substances. I get it! The struggle to manage on a daily basis (or in certain situations) is real. Learning to navigate systems that are not designed for us, can be a challenge. There is hope. I love working with folks, and figuring out what works, and what your strengths are. I’m also experienced in parenting neurodivergent kids, working addictions as a way to cope, and managing executive dysfunction. I also have a podcast called Unapologetically Sensitive where I share a lot of my own personal struggles. If you’re neurodivergent, you most likely have trauma. We can work on that too. I’m also an ally.
