I am an autistic woman and Neurodivergent/Cognitive Coach and educator with over 25 years experience.
I hold a MA from Stony Brook University and am certified as a Cognitive Coach through IBCCES.
Cognitive Coaches are trained in cognitive strategies and techniques to calm brain cortical
systems in individuals with anxiety, ASD or other sensory processing differences.
I work remotely from my home or in the woods on Lopez Island, Washington, and offer sessions via Zoom or phone.
