Systemic Psychotherapy and Consulting

I am a United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy UKCP accredited therapist who has a background in Paediatric nursing with over twenty years of experience working with children, families and adults. I combine compassion and expertise to support your journey toward your chosen goals.
My approach integrates systemic and psychodynamic psychotherapeutic concepts alongside behavioural psychology research to facilitate sensitive therapy for life’s troubles, personal struggles, relationship difficulties, family dynamics challenges, and marital discord. I have extensive experience helping clients through life limiting, life threatening diagnoses, trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional well-being, stress, life transitions, burnout and parenting challenges. With neurodivergent clients and their families, I take a non-pathologising neuro-affirmative stance, which focuses on understanding the neurodivergent experience of the world, explores strengths, and builds resilience. The aim is to assist neurodivergent clients to make sense of their identity/lived experience, promote acceptance whilst empowering them to build the self-knowledge and skills to for effective neuro-affirmative relationships and communication in their lives.
