About me
______________________________________
Hello, my name is Jen and I am a qualified and experienced counsellor. I work in an Integrative way, tailoring my approach to my client’s individual needs; this is established by mutual discussion, and collaboration to figure out what works for you and what does not.

How counselling can help
______________________________________
There may be many reasons you have decided to seek support from a counsellor, perhaps you are experiencing anxiety or depression, or maybe you would like to explore your past or present with someone who can listen without judgment.
My aim as your counsellor is to put you at the centre of the work that we may do together, ensuring you feel supported, and providing you with a confidential and judgement-free space. I believe everyone has the right to good mental health and positive self-esteem, and through exploring your feelings, thoughts and emotions, I aim to offer a safe environment in which you can work towards a better understanding of yourself and your experiences.

My experience
______________________________________
I have experience working with clients who are struggling with low mood or depression, anxiety, loss, difficulty in relationships, neurodiversity, suicidal thoughts, trauma, OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) and intrusive thoughts, abuse and neglect. I welcome clients from the LGTBQI+ community and aim to provide a neuro-affirming and gender-affirming environment, I warmly welcome clients who are exploring their identities.
I offer a free 15-minute introduction call so you can ask any questions you have about counselling and see if I am the right counsellor for you.
To book a free 15-minute introduction call, contact me by phone, text or email. I look forward to hearing from you.
