Note from Thriving Autistic:
This practitioner is not a member of a professional organisation. However, they recognise the importance of providing a feedback pathway for clients who want to provide feedback if they are unhappy with the service they received.
Here is the feedback policy your practitioner has subscribed to:
I strive to do my absolute best to serve you in the most positive, helpful way possible with all of my services. Of course, I am human and can mess up at times. This page details what to do if you are unhappy with my services.
Email me:
Tell me what went wrong and what I can do to improve it. Email me and let me know what you are unhappy with.
For simple errors and easily remedied complaints, I will do my best to resolve them within 14 days and notify you of the action taken.
If you have a complex complaint, I may request to meet with you to understand more fully what your experience has been, to investigate the complaint thoroughly. This meeting will be recorded to ensure accuracy. Data will be stored in compliance with all local privacy regulations. In the case that a complaint is complex or there are multiple issues raised, I may request that you agree on the exact scope of the complaint in writing. Upon receipt of an agreed complaint statement, I will ideally respond within 30 days; however complex complaints may take longer to investigate.
If I cannot respond within 30 days, I will keep in touch with you and provide regular updates and a target date to issue a response.
If you are not satisfied that your complaint has been resolved, you can of course take further action by requesting my insurance company details and contacting them directly or reporting me to the owners of this website who will determine if my listing should be paused or removed.
Please note that I am an independent, self-employed practitioner and the listing of my services on this website does not imply that Thriving Autistic CLG or the Neurodivergent Practitioners Directory are responsible for my services.
