🌟Get Prepared: Online Personalised Coaching and Mentorship for Neurodivergent People Going to University🌟

Are you or your loved one embarking on the exciting journey to university? Navigating this transition can be both exhilarating and challenging, sometimes simultaneously! That’s why I’m here to offer specialised coaching and mentoring services designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals and their parents or guardians.

🌈 Empowerment Through Lived Experience:
I’ve been a Specialist Mentor (Mental Health and Neurodivergence) since 2017. As a (late-identified) neurodivergent graduate (2013), I am in a position to understand the unique needs and strengths of neurodivergent people within the environment of higher education. I foster a neuro-affirming and supportive environment, ensuring every person feels seen, heard, and empowered with skills to make the most of their uni experience while taking care of their well-being. My qualifications are: BSc (Hons), MA Social Work. I am registered with Social Work England and I have an enhanced DBS.

🎓 Preparing for University Success:
The mentoring and coaching sessions I offer focus on developing essential skills, building resilience, and creating a personalised guide for success tailored to your specific neurodivergent needs and abilities; such as:

* creating a self-supportive plan
* time management
* navigating the campus
* mental health strategies and psycho-education
* making meals
* joining societies
* understanding your sensory profile
* executive functions
* asking for reasonable adjustments/self-advocacy

🤝 Building Bridges with Parents and Guardians:
I acknowledge the vital role parents and guardians play in a neurodivergent individual’s journey; thus I also offer specialised sessions to facilitate open communication, understanding, and collaboration between parents, guardians, and their young adults.

I offer weekly, bi-monthly or monthly sessions of 30 – 60 – 90 minutes on a sliding scale of £50 – £90 per hour.

Whether you’re a neurodivergent young adult preparing for university or a parent/guardian navigating this transition alongside your loved one, I’m here for you.
