Welcome to this space where creating a safe and trusting relationship underpins my work with clients. I am an Autistic psychotherapist and also identify as AuDHD. My guiding principles as a neurodivergent therapist values an ethical and humanistic approach focusing on the importance of empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard.

I work pluralistically through a collaborative process, meaning our work together focuses on shared understanding and decision-making, while respecting your autonomy and lived experience. This may take an integrative and multisystem approach while being sensitive to cultural factors in your life. This process facilitates the creation of person-centred supports that are unique to your context, avoiding assumptions or generalisations. By valuing human diversity in knowing and being, I am open to creating an inclusive and affirming therapy space for all my clients that honours their cultural heritage.

I have a particular interest in, and experience working with Complex Trauma, Attachment, Suicide Ideation, Intimate Partner Violence, Coercive Control, Autism, ADHD, PDA, Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria, Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), Anxiety, Depression and Mental Health concerns. My work is neuroscience-informed and trauma-informed using integrative practices that include psychodynamic, person-centred, and humanistic approaches and techniques.

I hold a MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, accredited by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) of which I am a member, and a HDip in Psychology, accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland (P.S.I.). I continue to invest in reflexive practice and professional development through a neurodiversity affirming lens.
