I am Jose, a qualified personal trainer and online coach based in Dublin. Being autistic, ADHD and part of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, I know what is like to not feel welcome or feel out of place. That’s why I decided to create something different—a safe space where you can be yourself, feel comfortable, and actually enjoy the process. Whether you’re neurodivergent, disabled, queer, trans, nonbinary, living with chronic illness, in a larger body, BIPOC, or navigating other unique challenges, you are welcome and respected here.
