Actually Autistic Society (AAS)

The Actually Autistic Society (AAS) is a London-based organisation run by Actually Autistic professionals. We specialise in empowering Autistic adults (18+) through lived-experience, neuro-affirming education.

Our flagship service is the 8-year developed Mentoring Programme, born from the founder’s own 2017 identification and years of deep collaboration with Autistic adults and families.

Through seven transformative sessions we guide participants on a journey of radical self-discovery: from building Autistic safety & rapport, exploring sensory profiles and communication styles, to mastering radical self-care & boundaries, understanding Autistic empathy, unmasking, and finally connecting with intrinsic motivation and authenticity. The result? A powerful shift from perceived weakness to genuine self-empowerment, Autistic joy, and the ability to share your unique human potential with the world.

We also offer AAS Self-Discovery Sessions to help individuals clarify whether they may be Autistic, plus educational events, family support sessions, and tailored coaching — all designed to foster belonging, confidence, and wellbeing in an Autistic-friendly way.
