I’m a certified ADHD coach specialising in one-to-one coaching for adults worldwide, with particular expertise supporting clients across Ireland and the UK. I work with English-speaking clients internationally, helping them understand where they and ADHD meet, so they can identify their unique challenges, recognise their strengths, and begin to move forward in a new way.

ADHD often creates a gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. My role is to help you build the bridge between the two, not by telling you what to do, but by working with you to develop practical, personalised strategies that work in your real life.

Originally from Dublin and now based in Barcelona, I also deliver ADHD talks and corporate training, with particular experience across Irish and UK organisations. My approach draws on over 25 years in tech leadership and team mentoring, as well as lived experience. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2013. Despite some early wins, I spent many years struggling until I finally accessed proper support, including ADHD coaching, in 2023. That turning point led me to retrain and work full-time in this field.

This personal and professional background shapes how I coach: client-led, collaborative, and grounded in what actually works. You take the lead, I work alongside you as you break new ground and build awareness and understanding, all while providing the structure and support as you get to action in new ways.
