Gary Hammond is a certified ADHD coach based in Barcelona, working virtually with English-speaking adults across Ireland, the UK, Europe, North America, and worldwide.

Coaching focuses on closing the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it: understanding how ADHD actually shows up for you, building executive function skills, workplace strategies, and practical strategies for decision-making and follow-through under pressure.

Gary also delivers leadership coaching for managers and entrepreneurs with ADHD, plus corporate training and workshops for organisations.

He is an accepted Access to Work provider for eligible UK clients.

Diagnosed with ADHD in 2013, with 25 years in tech including roles as General Manager, Managing Director, and Founder, Gary has been practising full time for 2+ years and completed 800+ coaching sessions with clients across the USA, Ireland, Australia, Spain, and the UK.
