Zoe is an Executive Function and ADHD Coach, as well as a scientist with a PhD. As a high-performing individual, Zoe is dedicated to helping you enhance your performance in work, studies, and overall life experiences.
As someone with ADHD and dyspraxia, Zoe may resonate with you, showing that despite challenges, neurodivergent individuals can still find ways to achieve the version of themselves they wish to manifest.
Currently, Zoe is working with the Accessibility and Disability Resource Centre at the University of Cambridge, specialising in ADHD mentoring and coaching. With over 100 hours of one-on-one experience and excellent feedback from students from this top university across various disciplines, Zoe is committed to supporting your journey toward the life you aspire to live.
Zoe’s coaching approach is strengths-based, while also acknowledging the disabling experiences that many neurospicy individuals face. Her practice is psychologically informed and evidence-based, delivered in a supportive, human, and accessible manner.
