Dr. Zoe Ye - ADHD Coaching
Zoe is an Executive Function and ADHD Coach, as well as a scientist with a PhD. Zoe’s current clients include undergraduate and postgraduate students from top universities, working professionals in fast-paced environments, startup founders, influencers, and individuals in management-level roles.
Zoe’s coaching approach is strengths-based, while also acknowledging the disabling experiences many neurodivergent (“neurospicy”) individuals face. Zoe is also a counselling trainee in the UK, bringing strong listening skills and an awareness of mental health challenges into each session. Please note that coaching sessions are not a substitute for psychotherapy.
