Ben Hodgson - ADHD and Autism Coaching

Ben Hodgson - ADHD and Autism Coaching
Practitioner identifies as: ADHD, AuDHD, Neurodivergent

I specialise in supporting people with ADHD and autism who want to understand themselves better, reduce overwhelm, and build a life that genuinely works for them. I offer neurodivergent coaching that combines lived experience, professional insight, and a warm, grounded approach. My aim is to help you move towards a life that feels manageable, meaningful and authentically yours.

Many of the people I work with experience challenges such as burnout, masking, perfectionism, emotional intensity, executive function difficulties, inconsistent motivation, and feeling “out of step” with others. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where these experiences are understood and normalised, and where we can explore practical strategies alongside deeper personal insight.

My coaching is collaborative and tailored to your pace. We might look at areas such as routines and structure, self-advocacy, energy management, career direction, building supportive habits, or developing more compassionate self-understanding. Together we identify what’s getting in the way, what supports your wellbeing, and how you can move towards a life that feels calmer, clearer and more aligned with who you are.

Clients often tell me that coaching with me feels empowering and validating: finally having space where they are understood as a complete person, and where their strengths can be recognised and built on. I welcome adults at any stage of their ADHD or autism journey, whether newly diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring the possibility for the first time.
