In Japanese tradition, broken pottery is repaired with gold, transforming cracks into luminous beauty – kintsugi, the art of golden repair.

Neurodivergent people often believe they are broken. In professional settings: heightened sensitivity to stress, the need to conform, doubt and lack of confidence, burnout, imposter syndrome of self/late diagnosis, or masking fatigue can lead to breaking points. These aren’t flaws to hide but seams of strength waiting to shine .

For over two decades, I’ve been a strategic leader organisations turn to when they need to drive digital transformation and deliver measurable commercial results. I’ve built high-performance teams, managed multi-million pound client portfolios, and partnered with C-suite executives at brands like Dove, Google, Microsoft, P&G, L’Oreal, Lego…
But at 50, during my menopause transition, I discovered something that reframed my entire professional story: I am (sooo) neurodivergent (AuDHD to be specific).

Suddenly, decades of feeling like “something was off” in the way I processed the world around me made sense. What I had spent years trying to smooth over or (sometimes) apologise for were gifts when used properly, I had spent years operating in systems not designed for minds like mine.
This discovery didn’t diminish my professional achievements; it illuminated why I’d been so effective at seeing innovative solutions others missed, building diverse teams, and creating environments where different thinking styles could thrive.
Now I bring this dual perspective – a diverse angle to leadership as well as neurodivergent professional – to my coaching practice.

Someone I value immensely once said something that changed everything: “You feel like you are being too much, because nobody was ever able to hold the whole of you. I can.” For the first time, someone saw all of me—the intensity, the depth, the complexity—and didn’t flinch. This is what I aspire to offer my clients: a space where being “too much” is exactly enough.

What drives me most is helping women, queer, and neurodivergent professionals realize their power – because I understand both the work dynamics and the internal landscape of feeling different in professional spaces. By creating safe, non-judgmental environments, I empower clients to transform their perceived “breaks” into golden seams of strength.
