Natasha Leppard, MA., AMNCPS - Supervisor and Psychotherapist

About Me
I’m a neurodivergent therapist (AuDHD, ADHD, autistic, and dyslexic) and a parent to a neurodiverse child. My lived experience deeply informs how I work — I understand, on both personal and professional levels, the unique challenges of navigating a world not built for neurodivergent minds. Whether it’s identity, burnout, masking, sensory overwhelm, parenting, education, work, or relationships, I offer a space where all of who you are is welcomed and understood.
How I Work
My approach is integrative and humanistic, grounded in the person-centred tradition. I also draw on psychodynamic insights and existential ideas to help make sense of your inner world, especially in the context of trauma or long-standing patterns. I am both neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed — and I bring curiosity, compassion, and respect into every therapeutic relationship.
Who I Work With
I support autistic and ADHD clients (diagnosed, self-identified or exploring), as well as those who have been late-identified or are navigating complex life stages such as transitions, burnout, or identity shifts. I have particular experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients, parents of neurodivergent children, and survivors of trauma — especially those who have felt “too much” or “not enough” for too long.
Professional Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice and am a senior professional member (Level 3) of ACTO, which recognises my specialist training and experience in online therapy. My practice is inclusive, anti-oppressive, and rooted in respect for each person’s unique experience of the world.
About Me as a Supervisor
I’m a neurodivergent supervisor (AuDHD, ADHD, autistic, and dyslexic) with a lived understanding of what it means to practise, reflect, and grow as a therapist in a world that often doesn’t accommodate difference. I bring both personal insight and professional training into my supervisory relationships, offering a space where authenticity, curiosity, and mutual respect are central.
My Supervision Approach
I offer collaborative, relational supervision rooted in humanistic values, informed by psychodynamic and existential perspectives. My model is integrative and process-oriented — providing both support and gentle challenge to help you develop your practice with confidence and integrity. I’m particularly attuned to the dynamics that can arise when working with trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and marginalisation, and I aim to hold space for your full self as a practitioner.
