Feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to turn? Is stress, anxiety, or exhaustion leaving you drained and unable to cope? Therapy can help you to find a way through the chaos — restoring control, clarity, and calm.

Is school, work, or family life feeling like too much? Are worries keeping you awake, or do even small tasks feel unmanageable? Do you feel your health, relationships, or peace of mind are slipping through your fingers? Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to help you understand yourself, manage stress, and improve your relationships.

Just One Hour a Week Could Change Everything

With just one online therapy session each week, you’ll gain a space to:
– Slow down and gain perspective: Each session is a judgement-free zone, designed to let you share and be heard.
– Build coping strategies: We’ll work together to understand what’s holding you back and to find ways to manage it.
– Set boundaries that protect your wellbeing: You’ll learn practical steps to safeguard your emotional and physical health.
– Navigate relationships with confidence: Gain clarity around your needs and learn how to communicate them in personal and professional relationships.

Why I’m Here to Support You

I became a therapist because I know the toll that stress, neurodivergence, and the pressures of juggling family and work life can take. As a parent of a neurodivergent child, with a personal diagnosis of autism and ADHD, I understand firsthand the challenge of finding balance and making sense of things. I’ve also walked the journey of understanding myself as an adult and know the value of reconnecting with who you truly are.

With a background spanning over fifteen years in education and healthcare, I’ve supported young people, parents, and adults in overcoming their unique challenges. I’ve helped students reconnect with education, parents rediscover themselves, and adults find practical ways to enjoy life again. My training in counselling, along with a Master’s degree in Psychology focusing on the impact of late ADHD diagnosis, allows me to offer real, empathetic support.

Therapy that Fits Around You

I understand the complexities of neurodivergence and everyday demands, so I offer:
– Online sessions: Flexible and convenient for busy lives.
– Text-based support: Ideal for those who find verbal communication difficult.
– Unfortunately I do not have the capacity for face to face clients at the moment

Real Change, Real Results

Many of my clients say that therapy has helped them achieve what once seemed impossible. They’ve found balance in their daily lives, gained confidence in themselves, and improved their relationships at home, school, and work. By understanding their own needs and setting healthy boundaries, they’ve been able to meet life’s challenges with resilience and ease.

If you’re ready to take the first step towards a calmer, more balanced life, please email or text. Let’s chat to see if we’re a good fit and start building a path forward that works for you.
