I work with late-discovered neurodivergent, high-achieving women and neurodivergent teens who are navigating chronic burnout, overwhelm, or a sense of feeling stuck. Many of my clients are juggling demanding roles—whether in their careers, relationships, or personal lives—and find themselves struggling to meet everyone’s needs, often at the expense of their own, or they are in a period of pause or transition in one or more of these areas. Typically, my clients begin therapy with me feeling disconnected from their authentic selves or weighed down by guilt, perfectionism, and self-doubt. You might feel like you are constantly swinging between being the strong one and quietly falling apart behind the scenes.

My approach is highly individualized and collaborative. Together, we will explore your unique experiences to uncover the patterns and beliefs driving your stress, resistance, or self-criticism. We will work to restore your confidence in your own perception using evidence-based, non-pathologizing therapeutic frameworks that genuinely help rather than just label your experience. We identify and release patterns of people-pleasing and emotional over-functioning that are leaving you exhausted by exploring attachment wounds through a neurodivergent-informed and affirming lens.

I will guide you in identifying and updating what no longer serves you, helping you move from a state of overwhelm back into alignment with who you really are. While I serve therapy clients locally, I also provide neurodivergent-affirming coaching support across the world through my coaching LLC, and I invite you to reach out regardless of your location so we can discuss if my services may be the right fit for your needs.
