I provide a safe space for the exploration and treatment of anxiety, stress, trauma, and addictive behaviours whether in person or online. I support you in cultivating emotional intelligence through inner child work. Together, we can enhance your self-esteem, empowering you to foster healthy relationships, with yourself and others.
I adopt an integrative psychotherapeutic approach, recognising our uniqueness. Everyone deserves to feel calm and content and to have a sense of peace and comfort in their everyday lives. I promote self-advocacy, self-acceptance, and self-understanding through my collaborative method. Understanding our present psychological challenges can often be found exploring our past experiences. I prioritise the healing potential of the therapeutic bond and I am committed to practising with honestly, genuineness, and openness.
I have a thriving private practice with clinics in Shoreditch, London, E2, and Harley Street, Marylebone, London, W1G. I also provide online sessions. I have been in private practice since 2018.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Addiction Psychology, and Therapy. I am further qualified ETA Education and Training. I have over two decades of experience working with Neurodivergent, and over a decade of experience working within Drug and Alcohol Industry.
I am an experienced integrative trained 1:1 and group Psychotherapist and Counsellor, working with a wide range of psychological issues. I specialise in treating trauma and addiction disorders in the broadest sense. I use an integrative approach that draws from a range of therapeutic perspectives and theories. I am Neurodivergent informed. I am also a facilitator of workshops and training.
