I offer specifically ADHD coaching services to adults and families. I have trained with ADDCA and am family trained with Caroline Maguire. I specialise in working with late diagnosed adults in business or entrepreneurs as well as parents who have discovered their own ADHD after a child’s assessment.

I work online, offering weekly or fortnightly sessions by phone or zoom. Between sessions I support by voice note or secure client chat.
