Welcome!

I’m Sophie. I’m here to offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel truly seen and understood. I focus on how everyday pressures like discrimination, prejudice, or inequality can affect your life, relationships, and wellbeing, and I’m committed to walking alongside you through it.

I’m committed to supporting adults who are discovering their neurodivergence later in life, those who’ve spent years adapting or “masking,” or anyone facing burnout, tough past experiences, or big changes. You’re also welcome if you’re exploring your identity, culture, migration, sexuality, gender, or feeling caught “in between” worlds.

Outside sessions, you’ll find me reading, diving into history, strolling in nature, enjoying cultural events, or trying out tools that make life easier and kinder for neurodivergent people. All this inspires my work: helping you drop the mask a bit, feel less alone, and embrace that there’s nothing wrong with being exactly you.
