You might be feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or just plain exhausted from trying to navigate a world that wasn’t built with your brain or identity in mind. Maybe you’re neurodivergent—living with ADHD or autism—or part of the LGBTQIA+ community. You might be dealing with ongoing or chronic suicidal thoughts, and you’re looking for a space that feels safe, collaborative, and validating. You want a therapist who can help you build systems that actually work for you and make life feel a little more manageable.
I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist specializing in working with folks who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or navigating chronic suicidal ideation. I hold an MSW from the University of Michigan, and my approach combines evidence-based frameworks like DBT, CBT, ACT, and IFS with mindfulness and real-life tools.
I believe therapy should be a shared space—not a hierarchy. My role isn’t to fix you, but to walk alongside you as we figure things out together. Whether we’re unpacking patterns or managing the day-to-day, my goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered. If that resonates, I’d be honored to connect.
