As a neurodivergent person myself I enjoy working with neurodivergent clients. I am familiar with Twice-Exceptional and PDA profiles. I am able to make room for necessary accommodations to make therapy a safe place- both in terms of the therapeutic relationship as well as sensory accommodation. A good match for my approach would someone who is able to invest in the therapeutic process with openness and curiosity.
As your therapist I can hold space for you to be vulnerable about your needs and guide you to meeting those needs. My areas of interest include attachment/developmental trauma, transition into adulthood, and neurodivergence. I am EMDR certified and frequently utilize this brain-based model.
