Hi, I’m Sara, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals—especially those navigating life with ADHD, chronic stress, and complex trauma.

I understand how overwhelming life’s challenges can be, particularly when the world isn’t designed for neurodivergent minds. Seeking support is a courageous step, and my goal is to offer a safe, affirming space for healing, exploration, and growth.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe in meeting each person where they are, without judgment or pressure to conform. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive, and confidential environment that honors your unique strengths and needs. I reject one-size-fits-all models and tailor our work together to fit you.

I provide affirming support for ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, addiction recovery, and relationship concerns. My practice blends neurodivergent-affirming care with trauma-informed strategies, helping you build sustainable tools to reduce overwhelm and live more fully—without adding more stress or masking.

If you’re ready to see if therapy is the right fit, I offer a free consultation and would be honored to walk with you on your journey toward clarity, healing, and self-acceptance.
