Neurodivergent Life Coach
As a neuro-queer activist, facilitator, and neurodivergent individual, I bring both personal and professional insight to my coaching practice. I deeply understand the challenges and gifts that come with neurodivergence and am committed to creating a space where you can truly be yourself and thrive.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, disability-justice-inspired, neurodivergent-centered practices. I offer tailored support that meets you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll co-create tools and strategies designed to harness your inner wisdom and help you thrive as your authentic self.
Drawing from my extensive training as a neurodivergent life coach, intimacy coach, somatic practitioner, and liberatory facilitator, I integrate holistic tools into my work, including embodiment practices, somatic mindfulness, conflict mediation, and repair processes. Recently, I completed the CReW (Creative, Resourced, and Whole) Neurodiverse Family Life Coaching training, the Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate with Embody Lab, and Touch Activist training with Chronically Undertouched, further deepening my capacity to support others in healing and empowerment.
Passionate about love, liberation, embodiment, trauma healing, and disability justice, I believe in the transformative power of connection—with each other, nature, and our bodies—as pathways to belonging and wholeness.
