Discover techniques to address overwhelm/overstimulation

Create a space where the client can unmask and embrace his/her/their authentic self

Manage major transitions such as preparing for high school, college, career or motherhood

I am a former high school teacher and student advocate whose undergraduate work was in psychology.I have a rich understanding of the demands of modern education as well as the obstacles these demands create for students with anxiety , ADHD, and autism. As a mom who has been fighting a life-long battle to get organized, I have first-hand experience with the difficult transition to motherhood and the guilt that comes with not being a “natural” scheduler or home organizer. I am here to walk with you on a journey to get on track, stop feeling like too much, and celebrate all of the beautiful things that make you YOU!
