Rande Moss - Somatic Experiencing

With over 13 years of client experience, training in Somatic Experiencing and Eating Psychology Coaching, plus my deep interest in growth and healing – I bring a unique approach to my work.
I also run Free Spirit Academy. To me, a “free spirit” is feeling safe to be you – and often, that can mean unearthing conditioning and trauma from family, culture, religion, education systems, and beyond.
Ways I’ve supported clients:
– Feeling less overwhelm, numbness and anxiety.
– Freedom from compulsive behavior patterns, often related to food.
– The ability to feel more joy, freedom, clarity, resilience, and awe.
– Feeling more “at home” in their bodies.
– Support with trauma related to being LGBTQ+ from someone who is also queer.
– Support with trauma related to being neurodivergent from someone who is also neurodivergent.
– Support after leaving Christianity and addressing religious trauma.
– Addressing the effects of developmental trauma (CPTSD).
– Feeling more present, authentic, and connected in relationships.
– Feeling safe again after accidents and traumatic events.
I support clients in coming home to their bodies, tending to their trauma, and nurturing their truth.
Hour-long sessions are held via Zoom.
