I am an AuDHD therapist, late diagnosed. I enjoy working with individuals and families navigating diagnosis, psychoeducation about autism/ADHD, and their co-morbidities. I am direct, solution focused, with lived experience of ND as an individual, as a parent, and as a grandparent. I have a deep understanding of the intersectional nature of autism and it’s impact on daily life.
