I specialise in providing mind-body coaching tailored to neurodivergent adults, offering a unique approach that integrates ancient and modern practices to calm and heal the autonomic nervous system while working toward sustainable life goals.

This innovative method of ADHD coaching focuses on mind-body integration and system-wide regulation, enabling neurodivergent individuals to access their inner wisdom, gain clarity on societal conditioning, and choose which beliefs to keep or release. By learning somatically and safely to remove the mask, this style of coaching can be profoundly transformational.

After a late diagnosis, it’s common to feel lost or unsupported. While we may accumulate knowledge about neurodivergence, it can be challenging to understand how it fits into our lives or what to do with it. Often, we grapple with a loss of identity, feeling reduced to a medical label.

Our sessions are about uncovering who you truly are beneath the noise and masking. Together, we’ll create space to unpack ableism, burnout, beliefs, and conditioned tendencies, helping you identify what you genuinely care about and how you want to move forward, connecting with what brings you joy and purpose.

Each session is tailored to your needs and goals, whether that’s setting boundaries, improving decision-making, processing trauma, or understanding and regulating emotions.

My coaching doesn’t promise a life-changing transformation within 12 – 24 weeks, but it provides tools and practices that can support you for a lifetime. The real transformation lies in your commitment to continuing the practice.

If you’re ready to discover your authentic self and live a life of freedom and peace, I’d love to connect with you.

I accept private clients and Access to Work funding.
