Weekend availability. Neuro-affirming Career Coaching
Hi, I’m Lucy.
I’m a workplace and career coach for people who are neurodivergent.
I received my diagnosis later in life, after years of trying to fit into roles and environments that didn’t work for me. I often felt misunderstood, drained, or unsure why things felt more challenging than they seemed for others.
Receiving a diagnosis of ADHD helped me better understand how I think, work, and communicate—and what I need to do my best work.
I now combine that lived experience with my Level 5 training in Organisational Coaching and Mentoring to support other people who are neurodivergent.
What I offer
I provide practical, work-focused coaching to support people who are neurodivergent to move forward in their careers in a way that works for them.
This might include:
Understanding your strengths and work preferences
Identifying roles or environments that suit you
Navigating challenges in the workplace
Preparing for applications and interviews
Building confidence in professional situations
My approach is structured, supportive, and adapted to different ways of thinking and processing information.
Important to know
My coaching focuses on work and careers
I do not provide therapy, counselling, or mental health support
You do not need a formal diagnosis to access coaching
How I work
I aim to create a space where people who are neurodivergent do not feel the need to mask or over-explain themselves.
There is no expectation to change who you are—only support to help you have insight to move forward in a way that feels more manageable and sustainable.
