I’m Rachael, a Registered Therapist (MBACP) working integratively to provide
a bespoke service for each individual client. I believe in the value of taking a
holistic approach to therapy.

My practice offers you:

⊹ A tailor made treatment plan incorporating aspects of Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focussed
Therapy, Integral Eye Movement Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive
Therapy and Polyvagal Nervous System support as needed

I am a compassionate and down to earth therapist who is
experienced in working with a range of human struggles including:

anxiety, panic, depression, low mood, stress, emotional distress,
abuse, grief and loss, chronic illness, body image, childhood trauma,
child parentification, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD),
complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), sleeplessness, life
transitions, perfectionism, shame, low self-esteem, neurocomplexity,
relationship difficulties and more.

I work to the ethical standards set by my membership body, the
BACP, and am dedicated to maintaining anti-oppressive, anti-racist,
trauma informed, gender affirming and neuro-affirming practice
through consistent learning, participation and self reflection.
