Paola has been supporting individuals with fundamental difficulties in affect regulation, structural dissociation, somatic dysregulation, impaired self-development, and disorganized attachment patterns.

Her practice is informed by the premise that a person must be considered holistically and systemically, taking into account that one’s way of being is the expression of how they integrate their mind, body and spirit within their holding environment. Each individual maintains the responsibility for how they choose to live, act or fail to act.

Whether the client is looking to engage in a long-term therapeutic relationship or in a short-term solution-focused therapeutic relationship, the work will start with setting therapeutic goals and producing an overall treatment plan, which, depending on the client’s needs will include focussing on symptoms’ relief or symptoms’ resolution.
