Gender and/or sexuality: Queer
Pronouns: She/They

Pascale (she/her) is completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is a proud member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She is an intern in counseling psychology practicing under the clinical supervision of Dr. Lewy.

Pascale offers a warm, inclusive space where children, teens, and adults of all identities can feel seen, heard, and supported. She draws from an integrative, person-centred, and trauma-informed framework. Her approach is flexible and collaborative, blending elements of psychoeducation, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and somatic-based practices. With children, she uses play-based and expressive therapies to help build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.

While Pascale welcomes clients from all walks of life (i.e., anxiety/depression, trauma, relationships, and identity exploration), she has particular insight into working with neurodiverse clients (e.g., ADHD, autism). Her approach is shaped by her professional experience in neurodivergent-affirming care, her academic background in behavioural neuroscience research, and her own lived experience as a neurodivergent adult. She helps clients work with their brains, not against them, with empathy, curiosity, and genuine understanding.
