Reema - NRPC/APHP
My name is Reema (she/her) and I’m a neurodivergent-affirming psychotherapist who works with ADHD and autistic adults navigating anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, and the lasting impact of past experiences or trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from masking, self-doubt, or trying to “push through” in systems that weren’t built for them.
I prefer an empathetic, open and collaborative approach to my work, with a focus on compassion and freedom of expression without judgment. Therapy with me is a space to notice what’s happening inside, without pressure or judgment, and to build a relationship with yourself that feels more supportive and sustainable.
I integrate a range of modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, hypnotherapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and somatic work. I also bring my background as a play therapist into my work with adults, offering creative and body-based approaches such as play, art, drama, and inner-child work when helpful and accessible to you. I offer creative and body-based approaches such as play, art, drama, and inner-child work when they feel helpful and accessible to you. Choice, collaboration, and curiosity guide my work, and I often check-in regularly to make sure what we’re doing feels right for you. I offer free 20-minute consultations so we can see if working together feels like the right fit before starting the therapeutic process together. You can email me at therapywithreema@gmail.com for any questions or to book a 20-minute consultation and I’ll contact you as soon as possible.
