We are a group practice of clinical psychologists who specialize in providing neurodiversity-affirming assessment and therapy for all ages (6+). We are licensed to practice in VA, DC and 42+ PsyPact-affiliated states in the US.

We are able to conduct ADHD and Autism evaluations online for adults, and most adolescents looking for a re-evaluation. We specialize in complex cases, including hard-to-spot/high masking neurodivergence in adults, especially women and other marginalized groups.

As therapists, we offer individual, couples, family and group skills training with an integrative approach using ACT, DBT, schema-focused therapy, mindfulness and compassion-oriented therapy, and specific trauma interventions. We specialize in supporting conditions of emotional dysregulation, overcontrol/perfectionism, complex trauma and related disorders, OCD, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and other co-occurring presentations.
