As a certified Neurodiversity-Informed Wellbeing & Resilience Coach, I understand how life can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re navigating challenges that affect your health, vitality, and overall sense of balance. Through one-to-one coaching, I support neurodivergent individuals in tending to energy and sensory challenges with curiosity and respect, reducing the burden on executive function, softening critical inner dialogue, and acknowledging and gently processing emotional states—barriers that can undermine well-being and confidence.
My coaching approach is tailored to honour and adapt to these complexities. It nurtures the whole person—physically, mentally, and emotionally—by combining sustainable lifestyle adjustments with practical tools and empowering ways of thinking that foster resilience, support emotional clarity and regulation, and cultivate self-compassion.
The goal is to help you restore your energy, reconnect with your inner strength, and feel grounded and authentically yourself. From this place of alignment, you’re gently supported to thrive on your own terms—across all areas of life—while cultivating meaningful connections with yourself and others, and meeting life’s uncertainties with presence and emotional steadiness.

6-Week Online 1:1 Program – Restore & Reconnect
For those already engaging with their wellbeing and looking for a
shorter, focused space to deepen insight or explore a specific
challenge. Includes a 90-minute initial session and five weekly 60-
minute sessions, with tailored resources and light-touch support
between sessions.

8-Week Online 1:1 Program – Ground & Grow
For those seeking consistent support to explore new ways of caring for
their wellbeing—whether tending to sensory needs, emotional
patterns, or everyday challenges. Begins with a 90-minute session,
followed by seven weekly 60-minute sessions, with ND-affirming
resources and gentle check-ins.

10-Week Online 1:1 Program – Thrive on Your Terms
For those at the start of their wellbeing journey or navigating a period
of change, who feel they’d benefit from more time and continuity.
Includes a 90-minute consultation, nine weekly 60-minute sessions,
tailored resources, between-session check-ins, and optional weekday
messaging support (24-hour response Mon–Fri).
