Neurodiversity & Wellbeing Coaching (1:1)
A gentle, whole person space for understanding yourself and building sustainable change

🌿 Who I Work With
I support neurodivergent adults — especially Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD individuals — who want to understand themselves more deeply and create a life that feels steadier, clearer, and more sustainable. People usually come to me through one of three pathway:

– Clarity, identity, and understanding
You want to make sense of your patterns, understand why certain things feel harder, and reconnect with parts of yourself that have been overlooked. You’re looking for a space to explore your neurodivergence with clarity, compassion, and genuine support for your wellbeing.

– Wellbeing challenges that feel bigger than the surface
You may feel tired, foggy, or out of sync, with routines slipping and energy fluctuating. You sense there’s a bigger picture behind your struggles but don’t yet have clear language for what’s happening, whether it’s burnout, a life transition, or long term health challenges.
I help you join the dots, reduce shame, and make sense of what your mind and body may be signalling. Together we adapt or sustain the support you already have in ways that work with your neurodivergence, so things feel more possible and more manageable over time.

– Knowing what helps, but struggling to sustain it
You understand the links between your wellbeing and your neurodivergence, but keeping supportive habits going is hard. Executive function, shifting energy, and sensory overwhelm get in the way. You want support that works with your brain, builds steadiness over time, and makes helpful things feel more possible and sustainable.

🌼 My Approach
Life can feel confusing or overwhelming when you’re constantly navigating sensory load, emotional intensity, shifting energy, and expectations that don’t match how your brain works.
Many neurodivergent adults move through the world carrying a quiet mix of exhaustion, self‑doubt, and the sense of always adapting, often at the cost of their own needs and wellbeing.
My approach meets these realities with a whole‑person lens, integrating wellbeing, emotional clarity, and neurodiversity‑affirming support. I work in a way that honours your body, mind, and lived experience, blending reflective exploration, practical tools for everyday life, relevant information that deepens understanding, and gentle breath and body based practices to help you stay grounded. The process respects your sensory needs, communication style, and the rhythms that shape your days. It’s collaborative, non‑judgemental, and grounded in curiosity rather than pressure.
Within this kind of support, coaching becomes a steady, low‑pressure space shaped around how you naturally think and feel. It’s a relationship defined by respect and attunement, where you can explore what feels authentic and true for you, without having to work to be understood.

🌿 The Coaching Impact
(What often becomes possible in this work)

– A clearer, kinder understanding of yourself: Making sense of your patterns, recognising strengths, understanding needs without shame, and rebuilding self‑trust by noticing what actually works for you.
– More agency and alignment in daily life: Making choices that support your energy, needs, and daily rhythms.
– Gentle, sustainable burnout recovery: Understanding what drains you, rebuilding capacity safely, and noticing early signs of overload.
– Identity reconstruction rooted in interests, values, and sensory truth: Rebuilding a self‑concept that feels coherent, grounded, and genuinely yours.
– Tools and strategies that actually fit your brain: Personalised strategies, skills that reduce friction, systems that support functioning, and approaches that honour your sensory, emotional, and cognitive realities.

🌼 Why Work With Me?
– Collaborative Partnership
We work together in a steady, respectful way that centres your needs, values, and pace. I support you in shaping a personalised path forward, without pressure or hierarchy.
– Lived Experience and Professional Depth
As a neurodivergent practitioner, I bring both lived experience and professional skill. I recognise neurodivergent patterns, honour individuality, and shape the work around your reality.
– Safe, Non‑Judgemental Space
You’re met with warmth, clarity, and respect — a space where you can explore challenges and strengths openly, without fear of judgement or misunderstanding.
– Neuro‑Inclusive Practice
Your sensory needs, communication style, and cognitive preferences shape how we work. The process adapts to your rhythms and supports your autonomy.
– Strengths‑Led Growth
We build from what already works. Your strengths become anchors for change, supporting confidence, self‑trust, and sustainable resilience.
– Practical, Flexible Accountability
Accountability is tailored to what genuinely supports you — from light structure to none at all — and adjusts as your capacity and needs shift.

🌿 Coaching Programs
Each program offers the same depth, attunement, and whole person support. The difference is simply the length of the program and what feels right for your capacity, needs, and starting point.

– 6 Session Program £540
A steady, focused program for people who want to explore one main area, deepen insight, or build momentum in a way that feels manageable.

Includes 8 x 60 minute sessions.
Optional: one between session check in, offered only if it feels helpful.

-10 Session Program £810
A longer program for those who want more time, steadiness, or support across multiple layers of their wellbeing and neurodivergence.

Optional: one between session check in, offered only if it feels helpful.

————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————–
Besides my packages, I also offer a one-off Fist Step to Balance coaching session (60 or 90 minutes). This is a dedicated space to explore what’s going on for you right now — emotionally, physically, and in the wider context of your life. It’s a place to bring whatever feels present, confusing, heavy, or simply unnameable, and begin to make sense of it in a way that feels safe, doable, and grounded in self compassion.
If you decide to continue with a Neurodiversity & Wellbeing package (6, 8, or 10 sessions) afterwards, the full cost of this one‑off session is credited toward your package.
