Zoe Joanna: Neurodiversity Coach and Somatic, trauma-informed Counsellor
I am a late-diagnosed Neurodivergent coach who specialises in supporting neurodivergent people. I work with clients to help them understand how their brain works, recognise their individual needs and develop practical, compassionate strategies that support their daily life, work and overall wellbeing.
My approach focuses on working with the nervous system rather than against it. I support clients to move away from cycles of self-criticism, masking and burnout, and towards greater self-understanding, self-trust and self-compassion. Rather than pushing productivity at all costs, I help clients build sustainable ways of living and working that genuinely suit them.
Alongside my coaching work, I stay up to date with current research around ADHD and neurodivergence and regularly share psychoeducation and awareness through coaching sessions, talks and social media. My mission is to help neurodivergent people understand themselves more deeply, their brain, their body and their limits so they can advocate for their needs, reduce burnout and create lives that feel more manageable and authentic.
