Neurodiversity Coach

I am originally from South Africa and I offer one hour online sessions using Google Meet. My approach is a strength based and person centered one. I have been running my own practice for 4 years now and was working at a neurodivergent school before that. I have worked in the neurodiverse field since 2016. I have been in the mental health and counselling field since 2009. I work mainly with neurodiverse clients most of whom have an ADHD,PTSD and or Autism diagnosis. I am neurodivergent myself and psychology/neurodiversity are my special interests and passions. I do neurodiversity coaching and accommodation consulting in which the following areas are included: social/relationship strategies and tools, sensory sensitives and needs, communication and emotional supports, talk therapy, understanding neurodiverse traits and self-esteem.
