Being neurodivergent can be a gift – but it doesn’t always feel like one. The real strain often comes from stigma, ableism, and the pressure to act “normal,” not from your neurotype itself. That pressure can leave you living in constant burnout, stuck in executive dysfunction, or weighed down by masking. You might find yourself cycling between hyperfocus and collapse, or battling time blindness, overwhelm and shutdowns. Perhaps you carry shame from rejection sensitivity, or wonder where your neurodivergence ends and trauma begins.

Maybe you’re late-diagnosed, still questioning, or trying to piece together how autism, ADHD or AuDHD shape your life. You might be grieving years of being unseen, misdiagnosed or told to “just cope.” Perhaps you’ve been praised for coping well while quietly struggling, or left feeling dismissed in other therapy spaces.

You don’t have to perform or translate yourself to me. Therapy can be a place to slow down, sort through what’s heavy, and begin reclaiming the parts of you that had to go quiet. Together, we might look at burnout cycles, perfectionism, grief, relationships, or the impact of long years spent adapting.

Clients tell me I’m honest and real, but also kind and compassionate. I don’t sit back as a blank slate – I show up with you. My style is conversational and flexible: you can bring your whole, unmasked self, whether that’s losing your train of thought, stimming, speaking fast or not making eye contact.

I mainly work with autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults. Some people still use the term Asperger’s to describe themselves – it’s not language I use, but I’ll always respect and validate the words you choose for your own experience. I also support people navigating trauma, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, perfectionism and identity transitions.

I’m proudly autistic and ADHD (AuDHD), late-diagnosed, and bring both lived experience and professional training. I’m a Registered Member of the BACP with specialist training in autism, ADHD and trauma.
