I’m the founder of Awaken Therapy Center, a neuro-affirming group practice supporting autistic and ADHD adults. We provide virtual therapy across seven states, so you can work with a clinician who gets it no matter where you live.

Our approach blends evidence-based practice with genuine affirmation of who you are — no masking required. We also train clinicians-in-training, which lets us offer sliding-scale and low-fee sessions.
